Warranty

Gulf Soda Soda Makers are designed to be trouble-free and easy to use. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects.

Return Policy

If your Gulf Soda Soda Maker experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective unit and will arrange for a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the case of manufacturing defects, and only within the warranty period. Please note that refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.   
Normal wear and tear.

Additional Terms

Please retain all original packaging and accessories when returning a product.
